REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU) Under European law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at: customer.service@planetfrendly.com with the subject line “Return — [order number]”.

2. Return Conditions

The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the return

The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use

Customized products (prints, engravings) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless defective

3. Return Costs Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

4. Refund

The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase

Original shipping costs are not refunded (except in the case of a defect)

5. Defective products If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
