Access to and/or use of the Website gives you the status of User, and you accept, from that access and/or use, this Legal Notice, as well as each and every one of the conditions and restrictions that are published on the Website at the time you access it.

Access to the Website and/or use of any of the services included therein will imply acceptance of all the conditions of use. THE OWNER reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Website and the Content offered therein, including the modification of the conditions of use. In this case, prior notice will be given to the User. The User is advised to read this Legal Notice as many times as they access the Website.

1.- USE OF THE WEBSITE

The Website may provide access to a multitude of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information (hereinafter, 'Content') belonging to THE OWNER or third parties to which the User may have access.

The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Website. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access the Content provided by the Website.

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the Content offered through the Website and, by way of example but without limitation, not to use it to (i) carry out illicit, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the owner of the Website, its suppliers or third parties, (iii) introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may be likely to cause such damage.

THE OWNER has the right to investigate and report any of the above conduct in accordance with the Law, as well as to collaborate with the authorities in the investigation of such actions.

2.- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights to the Content, design and source code of this Website are the exclusive property of the OWNER, or of third parties who have authorized the OWNER to use the same on their Website, with the exclusive exercise of the exploitation rights corresponding to them.

Therefore, and by virtue of the provisions of the Portuguese Constitution, VII CONSTITUTIONAL REVISION [2005], in Article 42 - "Freedom of cultural creation", as well as Decree-Law No. 143/2014 of September 26, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication, including the method of making available, or any other exploitation and/or modification, of all or part of the content of the Website, is prohibited, without the prior express authorization of the OWNER.

The OWNER does not grant any license or authorization of use of any kind over its intellectual and industrial property rights or over any other property or right related to the Website, and under no circumstances will it be understood that access and navigation by the User imply a waiver, transmission, license or total or partial transfer of said rights by the OWNER.

Any use of said content not previously authorized by the OWNER will be considered a serious violation of intellectual or industrial property rights and will give rise to the legally established liabilities.

3.- LIABILITY AND GUARANTEES

a) Exclusion of guarantees and liability for the operation of the Website.

The OWNER declares that it has adopted the necessary measures that, within its possibilities and the state of technology, allow the correct operation of its Website, as well as the absence of viruses and harmful components. However, the OWNER cannot be held responsible for: (a) the continuity and availability of the Content; (b) the absence of errors in said Content or the correction of any defects that may occur; (c) the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components; (d) any damage or loss caused by any person who violates the OWNER's security systems.

The OWNER may temporarily suspend access to the Website for maintenance, repair, updating or improvement operations without prior notice. However, whenever circumstances permit, the OWNER will inform the User, in sufficient advance, of the date on which access to the Website will be suspended.

3.b) Exclusion of guarantees and liability for the Content.

The OWNER cannot guarantee the suitability of the Content included in the Website for the particular purposes of the person accessing it. Consequently, both access to the Website and the use that may be made of the information and Content included therein is the sole responsibility of the User, so that the OWNER will not be liable under any circumstances for any damage resulting from the misuse of the information and Content.
