Payment data: processed securely by Shopify Payments (we do not store card details)

Browsing data: cookies, IP address, pages visited, device used

Order data: purchase history, product preferences

2. Purpose of processing We use your data to: process and deliver orders, communicate about order status, improve the store experience, comply with legal and tax obligations, and send marketing communications (only with consent).

3. Legal basis The processing is based on: performance of a contract (orders), legal obligation (billing), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing).

5. Data Sharing We share data only with: Shopify Inc. (e-commerce platform, servers in the US — covered by the Data Privacy Framework), carriers for order delivery, and Gelato printing providers (for order fulfillment). We do not sell data to third parties.

6. International Transfers Some of our service providers are located outside the EU (US). These transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

7. Data Retention We retain order data for 10 years (tax obligation). Marketing data is deleted after unsubscribing. Browsing data is retained for 13 months.

8. Cookies We use essential (store functionality), analytical, and marketing cookies. You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner.
